Our Journey, Our Passion.

At From Zero to Hero, we are more than just swim teachers; we are a community of advocates, dedicated to educating migrant communities about water Safety Knowledge and educating the industry on how to engage CALD communities.

We firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to realise their full potential. Water safety knowledge should not be limited to those who can afford it. We teach water safety and water sports, train swim teachers and inspire the multicultural communities and raise awareness.

    1. Consent and Waiver:
    • By signing below, I acknowledge that I understand the nature of the water safety program and agree to participate voluntarily. I accept the inherent risks associated with water activities and agree to release the organizers, instructors, and the facility from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the program.
    1. Medical Emergency:
    • In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the program staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to bear any costs associated with such treatment.
    1. Attendance and Punctuality:
    • I agree to attend all sessions punctually. If I am unable to attend a session, I will inform the organizers in advance.
    1. Conduct and Compliance:
    • I agree to follow all safety instructions and program guidelines provided by the instructors. I understand that failure to comply may result in my exclusion from the program.
    1. Photography and Media Consent:
    • I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the program for promotional purposes by the organizers.
    1. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
    • Refunds are not available once the program has commenced. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, efforts will be made to reschedule the missed session.
    1. Intellectual Property:
    • All teaching materials provided by the Provider remain the intellectual property of the Provider. Participants are not permitted to reproduce or distribute any materials without the express written consent of the Provider.
    1. Personal Responsibility:
    • Participants are responsible for their own health and must inform the Provider of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the program.
    1. Safety Precautions:
    • The Provider will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants during the program.
